You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. This role will be based both on-site. *Duties include:**Liaising with contracts managers/construction staff.Recording of daily attendance and timesheets.General administration duties including data inputting and updating information efficiently.Maintain and update a request for information log for the project.Maintain and update a technical submittal register for the project.Maintain and update an internal drawing register for the project.Maintain and update BIM 360 issues, reviews and transmittals register for the project.Organise documentation following the designated folder structure for each electronic document control system.Populate document control section of progress report.Tiedot työpaikasta:
