In this role, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of core data systems. By leading a talented team of MDM professionals, you will drive significant improvements in data governance and quality standards. • Develop and implement master data management strategies utilizing SAP and Reltio platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals focused on data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies.
• Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise master data management solutions.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on data integration processes.
• Stay current on industry trends in master data management.
• Manage the lifecycle of Data Domains from inception to production.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive MDM strategies.
• Manage the budget and costs associated with MDM projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Programming, Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Master Data Management technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years in Data Platforms and Analytics.
• Prior experience managing a global team.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industries.
• Expertise in SAP and Reltio Master Data Management.
• Experience managing remote teams and delivering quality solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with OKRs and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
