Tekova Oyj is a national facility builder founded in 2018, specializing in the construction of commercial, logistics, production, warehouse, and sports facilities, as well as data centers. The Yritys has implemented over 140 facility projects and employs about 70 people. Tekova focuses on clear, hall-like projects tailored to customer needs, implemented with standardized concepts, a processed operating model, and a turnkey (KVR) principle. In a result-oriented organization, emphasis is placed on good customer experience and smooth cooperation. The Tekova Group includes five regional subsidiaries and a Yritys specializing in project development. Group turnover in 2025 was 110.7 MEUR and operating profit 10.3 MEUR (9.3%). Tekova is listed on Nasdaq Ensimmäinen North Growth Market Suomi.
We are strengthening our organization and seeking a Regional Director to lead the business of Tekova Grand Oy. Tekova Grand is one of Tekova's five regional companies and is responsible for the group's largest projects. The Yritys's focus is in Uusimaa, but projects can be implemented selectively elsewhere in Suomi. The business model is mainly based on KVR contracting. In the future, the implementation of the most demanding projects may also be offered through a project management contracting model. In 2025, the Tekova Group's turnover was approximately 111 MEUR, of which Tekova Grand had a significant share. The Yritys has been led by the group CEO alongside their own work.
The person we are looking for has good networks and the ability to acquire new projects for the order book, as well as expertise and experience in KVR and project management contracting models. If you have strong personal evidence of networking, commercial skills, negotiation skills, and contract expertise, you may be our new Regional Director.
What is your role?As Regional Director, you lead the Tekova Grand Yritys in accordance with the group's strategic goals and values. You are responsible for the commercial entirety of facility construction projects from creating the customer relationship to signing the contract and starting the production phase. You build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers and identify leads in the market according to our strategy, which you screen for further work. You purposefully advance selected leads to accumulate business in our order book according to targets.
As part of the tender process, you are responsible for technical productization, tender calculation, and tender materials, as well as risk assessments together with the rest of the team.
You conduct commercial negotiations and draft contracting agreements so that they are comprehensive, unambiguous, and consistent, and correspond to the offered content. You ensure in the commercial phase that the project's production phase has the best conditions for success and take care of the smooth transfer of information throughout the project – from sales to contract, design, production, and all the way to warranty work.
You are responsible for forecasting and reporting your Yritys's business to the group management.
You serve as a example of a positive, customer-oriented, and result-oriented way of operating and work culture, and actively participate in the development of the entire group's operations. You work at Tekova's Vantaa main office.
