Project Type: Data Centre I am working with a leading contractor who are working on a major Data Centre build based in Tanska. What you’ll be doing in this role You’ll lead the entire Quality function on site — setting standards, enforcing them, and making sure every team understands what “good” looks like. In practice, that means: Building, implementing, and managing the project Quality Plan Leading the QA/QC teams across mechanical, electrical, and CSA disciplines Reviewing and approving quality documentation, ITPs, method statements, test packs, and checklists Managing NCRs, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and closing loops — not letting issues repeat Coordinating quality requirements with trades, subcontractors, and design teams Driving consistent inspections, audits, and reporting across all packages Supporting commissioning and handover by delivering clean, verified quality documentation Acting as the main point of contact for quality discussions with the client Essentially: you prevent rework, delays, and surprises — the things that cost time, money, and credibility. What you need for this role: If you’ve run Quality on a large industrial, pharma, semiconductor, or data centre project, you’ll know exactly what’s expected. Ideally, you bring: Strong QA/QC leadership experience on major construction projects Deep understanding of MEP and/or CSA quality requirements Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders Confidence working with design teams, trades, and client representatives Strong knowledge of EU standards, inspection processes, and commissioning requirements A steady, practical approach in a high‑pressure environment Why consider this opportunity A flagship European hyperscale data centre <
