Your mission

Customer Acquisition and Innovation

• Win new customers through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Deliver proof-of-concept implementations that show measurable value.
• Define and document solution requirements to ensure smooth handover to delivery and successful implementation.

Partner enablement

• Equip resellers and partners with technical expertise for successful engagements.
• Collaborate with integrators to ensure customer success and growth.

Technical Leadership

• Design and present enterprise solution architectures.
• Guide technical vision and strategy throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and proposals.

Innovation and Market Leadership

• Stay ahead of product updates, industry trends, and competition.
• Introduce new innovations through impactful demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Share field insights with Product Management to shape future solutions.
• Represent Matrix42 at events as a technical ambassador

Your profile

MUST HAVES

• Proven experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Consulting, or Technical Sales.
• Expertise in Service Management (ITSM and ESM) and/or Identity Access Management (IAM/IGA).
• Solid understanding of Cloud Computing, IT Operations, Automation, and Hybrid environments.
• Native Finnish speaker and fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience guiding customers through long-term technical strategies.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services.
>Familiarity with IT Asset Management processes and tools.
• Experience with device discovery technologies and inventory automation.
• Knowledge of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish is a strong asset, but not mandatory
