Job Summary We are developing and building our Ensimmäinen datacenter in Koria, Kouvola, in partnership with Hyperco, initial phases planned to be commissioned by the end of 2026. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at an early stage, working on a mission-critical facility developed through joint venture that combines strong local expertise with a global hyperscale platform. As a Shift Manager you are responsible for ensuring data centre facilities' efficient and reliable operation. You’ll be managing shift teams, overseeing equipment inspections, analysing system interfaces, and ensuring the accuracy of shift handovers. You will also focus on training, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and effective incident management. We operate in a 24/7 environment. This is not a shift role, but occasional out-of-hours response and coverage will be required. Key Responsibilities Team Ownership Arrange and supervise the work of the entire shift team to ensure smooth operations. Equipment and Data Review Review facility equipment inspections conducted by the shift team and verify related operational data. Oversee on-site shift handover data, including a preliminary analysis of events, faults, equipment operation modes, capacity, redundancy, and alarm analysis to ensure accuracy. Sy...
