Our M&A pipeline shows no sign of slowing down. To match the pace and quality of the work we do, we're growing the team with two new colleagues: one
Associate (1–3 years of experience)
and one
Senior Associate (5+ years)

Our highly ranked Corporate and M&A team advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. We guide clients through all stages of a deal, from strategy and due diligence to contract negotiations and post-closing actions.

We're one of Suomi's most active law firms in VC and growth investments, and a go-to partner in technology-related private equity and M&A transactions. Our Corporate and M&A team's work also covers initial public offerings, fund formation, ESG, corporate governance, board advisory, general meeting services, shareholder matters, and ownership restructurings. We also act as an ongoing partner for day-to-day corporate law support. Our expertise is recognised by Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.

We hope to see this in our future Associate colleague:

• 1–3 years of post-graduation law firm life under your belt
• Exposure to, and experience in, domestic and/or cross-border M&A or VC/growth deals
• You bring ambition, an appetite to learn, and a hefty dose of curiosity
• Your brain is wired for organising things, and you have an eye for the details most people miss
• Problem-solving is your default setting
• You're work-fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written

For the Senior seat, we are looking for:

• 5+ years post-graduation M&A experience and solid track record in both domestic and cross-border deals
• Sound experience in general corporate law advisory and governance matters
• Top-of-the-line project management skills - you're comfortable running projects end-to-end
• Genuinely interested in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in their line of work
• Strong analytical-strategic-problem-solving attitude, plus sharp negotiation skills and commercial logic
• Proactive and ownership-driven – taking initiative is your Ensimmäinen instinct
• Excellent Finnish & English, both spoken and written
