We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Nordic digital sales channels, loyalty, CRM, and Koti delivery agenda. In this high-impact role, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: defining where growth should come from, turning customer and performance insights into clear priorities, and driving measurable commercial impact across app, e-commerce, self-service kiosks, Wolt, Foodora, Uber Eats, and future digital channels. Currently we do not have all of these digital sales channels, so you would be in key role shaping and developing these together with our tech partners.

What you'll do

• Shape Nordic priorities for digital growth across loyalty, CRM, app, e-commerce, kiosks and delivery
• Build the commercial growth plan for digital channels and turn it into concrete actions
• Lead initiatives that grow digital sales, traffic, frequency, average order value and customer value
• Own the commercial loyalty and CRM agenda, including launching new loyalty program, member acquisition, activation, retention and engagement, supported by external CRM specialist
• Develop digital offers, app activation, CRM campaigns and customer journeys that support business growth
• Improve performance with Wolt, Foodora, Uber Eats and future delivery partners
• Use data to decide what to start, optimise, scale or stop
• Work closely with IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Maa teams and external partners

What we're looking for

• Experience in digital growth, e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, app, delivery or digital sales channels and building these channels & technical solutions together with partners & IT
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise where growth should come from
• Proven ability to turn insights into concrete actions, tests, campaigns and a track record of driving digital sales and customer engagement
• Ability to brief, guide and challenge external partners, including CRM specialist
• Hands-on ownership, strong follow-through and ability to get things done across multiple markets
