ICEYE is seeking a Staff/Lead Product Designer to build a comprehensive design system from the ground up. You’ll create a reusable Figma library, a robust design playbook, and scalable token architecture, working closely with frontend engineers to ensure code-ready components.
You'll spend time defining the token strategy, documenting components, and enabling teams to adopt the system by default. This hands-on, ownership-driven role requires collaboration across product design and engineering,
