Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Specialist / AI Adoption Lead to Helsinki. You will work on-site with cross-functional teams to identify real use cases, build lightweight AI solutions using Gemini AI, and help employees integrate AI into their daily work.
This is a highly practical and people-focused role: you will prototype, coach, experiment, and document. You will turn ideas into real productivity improvements.
