About the Role Our client is a leading European delivery partner specialising in large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across Europe, they are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their on-site team in the Helsinki region.
This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex, high-value projects within a fast-growing sector, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary design, construction, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between multiple disciplines
Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones in line with the project BIM Execution Plan
Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and specifications
Coordinate complex MEP installations in collaboration with package managers and site engineers
Support and mentor junior members of the BIM team
Ensure high standards of BIM compliance and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements Strong experience using Revit with an MEP bias (essential)
AutoCAD Experience Preferred
Navisworks experience desirable
Minimum 4 years' experience working on multiple large-scale construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a site-based, collaborative environment
