Join our Nordic Public & Security team as a Business Director and help clients transform their businesses through digital, data, and AI. We are looking for a strategic thinker who loves the thrill of new business development, values an execution-oriented mindset, and brings a modern understanding of technology over decades of corporate hierarchy. In this role, your primary playground will be the defence and national security sectors, where you will scale our footprint and open new doors. Alongside this, you are genuinely motivated to drive impact across the wider Nordic public sector such as ministries, central government agencies and cities. You will drive a portfolio of both new target prospects and established accounts. You see the broader public domain as a critical platform where modern data and AI solutions can solve major societal challenges and build a more resilient society. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Futurice, success means expanding our client base and strengthening strategic relationships while cultivating a strong, collaborative team culture—because at Futurice, we value achieving goals together over individual contributions.
These skills and experiences will give you good grounds for success:The Tehtävä is permanent and full-time, and can be based in either Helsinki or Tampere. We work flexibly in a hybrid model, but the role requires regular presence at your Koti office Sijainti as well as some travel in the future within the Nordics.

Proven success in business development and account management within the Nordic technology and digital consulting sector.
