We are now looking for a BUSINESS MANAGER in Oulu.

We are looking for a Business Manager to strengthen our Thermal Components product group. Thermal Components develops and manufactures thermal insulation solutions that improve the energy efficiency, safety and performance of machinery. Our solutions support the efficient operation of emission management systems and help reduce emissions. Our thermal insulation is also used in engine components and battery systems.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the sales and profitability of Thermal Components products
• Actively operate at the customer interface and participate in sales work and account development
• Identify customers' current and future needs and ensure they are considered in product development
• Work closely with product development, production and sales
• Monitor the market, competitive situation and technological development and identify new business opportunities
• Develop product features and competitiveness from the perspectives of energy efficiency, safety and cost-effectiveness

We expect from you:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, energy engineering or similar) or other suitable education for the Tehtävä
• Strong commercial mindset and sales orientation
• Experience in product manager, project management or technical sales roles
• Experience in industrial B2B business
• Commercial evidence from an international customer environment
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
• Willingness to travel

• Understanding of technologies related to thermal management
• Experience with engines, machinery or emission management solutions
• Experience with OEM customers
• Ability to operate in a wide international stakeholder network
