We're looking for a certified accountant (KLT or similar) who’s ready to leave manual work behind and join the frontlines of modern finance.

? The Role

We're not hiring a number cruncher—we’re looking for a key team member to help shape the future of accounting. You’ll be working closely with product, tech, and leadership to:

• Take ownership of client accounting and financial operations
• Help automate manual processes and communicate directly with the dev team about real user needs
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new accounting professionals
• Optionally take on team leadership responsibilities
• Be accountable for the success of our accounting and financial services business
• Take part in internal group accounting in a CFO-like role

? Who You Are

• You hold a KLT certificate (or are working towards one) and have several years of accounting experience
• You’re tired of manual bookkeeping—and excited about automation, technology, and doing things smarter
• You can communicate clearly in Finnish and English (internal and external communication)
• You understand the dynamics of expert services and/or SaaS businesses
• You’re growth-oriented, curious, and always looking to improve the way things are done
