Note: The role is full time site based The Opportunity In This Role You Will Responsible for management of all civils, structural and architectural related activities. Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners Review proposed variations and delays in the works We Would Love To Hear From You If You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering discipline. 7+ years of recent experience managing multiple large, complex construction projects Demonstrated project management experience in international environments, ideally on mission-critical facilities such as data centers. Strong knowledge of HV/MV power transmission systems, as well as CSA and MEP engineering principles, including local and statutory requirements. Proven experience with general contractor and vendor management. Possess or working toward a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Solid understanding of Construction Health & Safety practices. Culturally aware, with a strong grasp of diversity and inclusivity in large-scale program delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused. Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines and lead or support teams independently. Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Thrive in a collaborative, friendly, and open team environment. Skilled at building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients through shared purpose, transparency, and a positive attitude. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
