As a Data Management Specialist your main responsibility will be to implement our Data Governance Policy throughout the organization. Our approach is based on a decentralized data governance model, meaning each business area is responsible for its own data. A key focus in this role is to reinforce data stewardship and accountability across different business units. Enhance approaches to metadata, data documentation, and information structure to foster transparency and encourage data reuse. Advise stakeholders on topics such as data stewardship, access controls, and standards for documentation. Work together with business and technology teams to boost data quality, refine information models, and achieve greater consistency across all data areas. Help create actionable guidelines and procedures that make data management more effective.
