Role: DevOps Engineer for Telecom OSS Service Assurance

Join a high-performing telecom engineering team as a DevOps Engineer, where you will drive CI/CD automation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence across BSS/OSS systems. You will work on large-scale telecom platforms including billing, CRM, provisioning, and network management while enabling faster releases, high availability, and resilient operations. This role offers deep exposure to Kubernetes, cloud environments, automation frameworks, monitoring tools, and multi-vendor telecom ecosystems in an Agile and DevOps-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Java-based OSS Service Assurance applications deployed on WildFly
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for WildFly servers and related components using tools like Ansible/Terraform.
• Configure monitoring dashboards (Grafana/Prometheus or ELK) for application health, fault management workflows, and SLA compliance.
• Enforce RBAC, secure credential management, and TLS encryption for OSS assurance systems
• Automate configuration management, patching, and scaling for OSS assurance environments.
• Develop scripts and utilities for log aggregation, fault event simulation, and auto-remediation workflows
• Maintain version control for Java code, WildFly configurations, and automation scripts in Git repositories

Experience & Skills Requirements:

Must have:

• Strong experience with Java application deployment and support on WildFly/JBoss.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Linux administration, scripting (Shell/Python), and automation frameworks (Ansible).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Understanding of telecom OSS Service Assurance principles (fault management, SLA monitoring).

Good to have:

• Exposure to TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, ODA).
• Experience with Elastic Stack for observability.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployments.
