Demand for our dispute resolution work keeps climbing. To match the caliber of the disputes we handle, we're now growing our team with two new colleagues: one
mid-level Associate (preferably with 2–4 years of experience)
and one
Senior Associate (5+ years of experience)
.

Our team advises Finnish and international clients in complex, high-stakes disputes, often with a strong cross-border element. We guide clients through the full life cycle of disputes – from prevention and early risk management to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and enforcement. Our work covers a wide range of sectors such as M&A, energy and technology.

We hope to see this in our future Associate colleague:

• 2-4 years law firm experience in domestic and/or cross-border litigation and arbitration
• You have a keen interest in law
• You take initiative and keep things moving. You bring ambition, an appetite to learn, and a hefty dose of curiosity
• Your comfort zone is problem-solving: untangling messy fact patterns and conducting legal research on complex questions is your jam
• Work-life native both in Finnish and English, spoken and written. Other languages are a definite plus
• Strong organisational and time-management skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

For the Senior seat, we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in a law firm and/or corporate setting, with at least 3 years as a law firm associate handling domestic and/or cross-border litigation and arbitration
• Ability to see the bigger picture: you connect the dots between individual disputes and the broader strategy at play
• You're organised, ready to take ownership, and you enjoy coaching juniors
• You're a strong drafter who enjoys finalizing documents to perfection
• Strong pleading and argumentation skills, and a genuine interest in law
• Excellent Finnish & English, both spoken and written. Other languages are a definite plus.
