Kojoka recruitment is seeking an EXPORT MANAGER to Kauhajoki for export sales of food industry machinery and equipment products, as well as for analysis and development tasks.
Kometos Oy is a Finnish family business that has been a pioneer in the international food industry since 1991. Our journey has led from Kauhajoki to Siberia, from Africa to Alaska – from challenges to insights. We specialize in modular solutions for the food industry, thawing systems, and dosing and packaging lines for ready meals. Over 80% of our deliveries go outside Suomi's borders. Our goal is to establish a turnover of over €10M by 2030.
The organization is in a strong development phase with a new CEO, and the growth of operations requires strengthening export sales resources. In addition to the core task of export sales, the job description includes mapping the needs of new markets for standard products, opening customer accounts, and as operations grow, building and maintaining Maa-specific dealer networks. You will be supported by an experienced sales organization and marketing, whose task is to generate leads from your target markets.
Your sales territory will be agreed upon in more detail, but options include, for example, Mediterranean countries, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Business trips will target trade fairs in addition to customer meetings. The Tehtävä requires on-site work at the office in Kauhajoki when not traveling. Your supervisor is the CEO.
We expect from youTarget salary for the Tehtävä is €5,500 – 6,000/month (fixed and commission, no commission cap). There is a guaranteed salary at the start of the employment. The starting date is negotiable.
