Enterprise ArchitectWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the Ponsse Group Digital Service & IT team in Suomi.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will guide Ponsse’s enterprise architecture as a business enabler and a driver of coherent, future‑ready development. You will work closely with stakeholders, release managers and other architects in early planning, portfolio intake and roadmap work to translate business needs into scalable, practical and value‑creating architectural direction. You will ensure that architecture supports business goals in a continuously changing operational environment shaped by accelerating technology development, growing cybersecurity and regulatory expectations, increasing automation, and the rising importance of AI and data‑driven capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesYou will play a leading role in proactively steering architecture in major transformation initiatives and portfolio‑level decision‑making, enjoying leading people and building collaboration. You will shape and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, principles and architecture map, connecting business and customer needs, data, applications, solutions and technology into one clear direction. You will operate effectively in an environment where technologies, business and customer needs, and market expectations evolve rapidly.
Required QualificationsAs a person, you are collaborative, proactive and able to work effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, architects and external partners. You are comfortable taking a steering role while valuing collaboration over compliance, and find practical ways forward together with others. You simplify complexity, focus on the essential, and turn strategic direction into concrete architectural action. You are curious, solution‑oriented and resilient in a changing environment.
