As our colleague, you will play an important role in strengthening our team while benefiting from the wide-ranging expertise of our group’s other design services. We are looking for a skilled professional who is motivated by solving the complex design challenges of data centre and industrial projects, and who wants to do so in a growing, ambitious and supportive working community.
In this role, you will work as an Experienced Electrical Engineer in a variety of design and specialist assignments across diverse and technically interesting data center projects. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders and act as an expert in critical infrastructure, where every solution is shaped by reliability, resilience and continuity in an international client environment.

The designated office Sijainti for this role is Tampere, Kuopio, Pori or Jyväskylä, and we also offer the flexibility of partial remote working.
To thrive in this role, you will need a curious mindset, strong attention to detail and a genuine drive to demonstrate and develop your expertise. We hope you bring the confidence to make your skills visible, strong collaboration and communication skills, and an independent approach to work — while valuing the power of teamwork.
The role requires a relevant degree (BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering) as well as previous experience in similar tasks. We also expect you to be proficient in Revit and MagiCAD. Fluent spoken and written English is required for the role. We would also appreciate it if you could let us know your level of Finnish language proficiency.
