Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.We are now looking for a Global Marketing Manager (fixed-term, 10 months) to join our team and make a measurable impact in a short time.About The RoleAs a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening Evac’s already solid global position in the maritime industry, while also driving awareness and growth in land-based markets. You will manage existing strategies, identify opportunities for quick wins, and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.You’ll need strong ownership, confidence, and adaptability, as this role requires balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight. • Execute the marketing strategy, plans, and tactics based on Evac’s business line strategy, sales targets, and ICP insights across segments.
• Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and support market origination (value proposition development, product launches, thought leadership content).
• Support Sales leaders and Product Line managers by equipping internal teams, agents, and distributors with aligned marketing assets.
• Strengthen digital marketing capabilities, validate new use cases with Sales, and run campaigns with measurable impact.
• Manage content across owned, earned, and paid channels to meet customer needs and strengthen the Evac brand.
• Lead external events (e.g., Seatrade 2026) in close collaboration with Sales leaders and Product Line managers.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of relevant marketing and communications experience in an international B2B context.
• Proven ability to translate business plans into impactful marketing strategies and execution.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management skills.
• Advanced content creation and curation skills to drive lead generation and strengthen brand recognition.
• A positive, energizing approach to driving cultural change and supporting sales transformation.
• Strong interest in sustainability and its role in reinforcing Evac’s industry leadership.
• Fluent English communication and public speaking skills.
• Solid business acumen and financial literacy to support budgeting and deliver measurable results.
