As Ericsson Suomi, we have been part of building the Finnish society since 1918. Ericsson Suomi employs around 600 professionals and our main office in Suomi is in Jorvas, Kirkkonummi. We are now looking for a Head of Product Management to join our team in Ericsson Suomi.

Role and team

Grow with us. Head of Product Management, Ericsson Security Solutions, Business Area Networks. Today cybersecurity is a top priority for the telecom industry. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) experience cyber threats daily and we also see an increasing number of severe incidents and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). Ericsson Security Solutions offers Cyber Defense Solutions (CDSs) powered by Ericsson Security Manager to support customers in their security challenges. Ericsson Cyber Defense Solutions provides security automation & orchestration, integrated with the security functions of the mobile network end-to-end. Join us in Security Solutions as the Head of Product Management and shape the future of mobile network security. In this pivotal role, you will lead the portfolio strategy and evolution of cutting-edge Security Automation and Orchestration solutions, driving innovation toward autonomous and programmable networks. You’ll lead a team of strategic product managers and technology experts, collaborate across functions, and engage with industry partners to deliver world-class cyber defense capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead product strategy for Security Automation and Orchestration solutions for Mobile Networks, addressing current security challenges and evolving toward autonomous, programmable networks.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Strategic Product Managers to deliver products with strong customer and market fit, driving accelerated business growth.
  • Continuously enhance the product portfolio using world-class Mobile Network Threat Intelligence, leveraging both internal and external assets.
  • Drive a threat-driven cyber defense engineering strategy, ensuring alignment at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Support establishment of thought leadership in security through impactful communication, marketing initiatives, and participation in key industry events.
  • Collaborate across functions—sales, marketing, technology, strategy, and product development—to ensure seamless integration of ESM into customers’ holistic cyber defense frameworks (people, process, and technology).
  • Contribute to market and customer insights by analyzing security trends, customer challenges, competition in collaboration with the unit leadership team.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and industry alliances that enhance customer value and strengthen Ericsson’s Cyber Defense offering.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in security technologies, processes, and governance.
  • Expertise in Mobile Network Operator (MNO) or other relevant OT security engineering and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, SOAR).
  • Proven experience in security product management and solid understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Competence in applying AI for added customer value within security automation and orchestration.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a line manager.
  • Ability to drive effective product and business development based on customer needs, threat intelligence, and organizational capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, development, and delivery.
  • Passion for understanding market and customer needs and translating insights into product and business strategies.
  • Strong ability to structure and articulate compelling, differentiating value proTehtäväs.
  • Excellent collaboration and networking skills to leverage diverse competencies for success.
  • Capability to develop and lead plans, processes, and stakeholder engagement in complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
You may also have
  • University degree in technology with a very strong business acumen
  • 10+ years’ experience in security industry including exposure to security business
  • Experience working as a member of a multi-Maa leadership team
