This role sits at the heart of a globally distributed, remote-Ensimmäinen organization, ensuring that core HR operations run smoothly and efficiently across teams and time zones. You will play a key part in building and maintaining the operational backbone of the People function, supporting processes that directly impact employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and clarity in all people-related processes. You will also contribute to improving HR systems and workflows while supporting a culture of trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement. \n Accountabilities: Manage and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of core processes across the employee lifecycle. Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support time-off tracking, policy adherence, and basic compliance processes across distributed teams. Collaborate with Finance, HR, and leadership to align on people operations workflows and reporting needs. Assist in improving HR systems, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
