Deep understanding of mission-critical communications, industrial digitalization, and cross-industry ecosystem structures. Strong awareness of regulatory drivers, technology disruption patterns, and competitor strategies across EMEA. Experience incubating early-stage business opportunities or new technology domains. Established network across technology providers, ecosystem partners, integrators, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry alliances.
