Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate hardware testing activities within the assigned scope of work. Own the task list within the assigned scope and ensure it is kept up to date throughout project execution. Develop, review, and execute hardware test plans and procedures. Review and validate hardware test results to ensure compliance with project and customer requirements. Utilize test equipment and software to verify hardware functionality and performance. Troubleshoot hardware defects and drive corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional design and manufacturing teams. Document test results, deviations, and non-conformities in a clear and structured manner. Provide technical recommendations and drive continuous improvement of testing methods, processes, and hardware quality. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities related to testing and validation of new products. Participate in tendering activities by reviewing customer requirements and ensuring alignment with hardware capabilities. Act as the technical focal point for customers on testing-related matters. Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and support technical discussions and issue resolution with customers. Provide remote technical support for pre-commissioning activities, ensure all required documentation and test checklists are complete and accurate, and support on-site
