WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a Manager to join our Helsinki office in a full-time, fixed-term role through December This Tehtävä plays a central role in ensuring effective staffing, strong professional development processes, and balanced capacity management for our consulting population. As Manager, Staffing & Professional Development, you will work closely with the Helsinki Local Lead and partner group, all consultant cohort levels and the broader Nordic Talent and Staffing network to drive high-quality staffing decisions and monitor all professional development and performance processes. You will have direct report responsibility. The role requires strong ownership, independent judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The Manager will report to our Nordic Vice President, Talent. This is a high-impact role at the heart of Bain’s consulting operations in Helsinki.
