Part-Time Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and proactivePart-Time Marketing Assistant(2-3 days per week) to join our team. In this role, you will support our marketing activities across multiple channels and help grow our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
• Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Setup and maintain Klavioy segments, create and send email campaigns
• Assist with updating our Shopify store
• Basic photo editing skills using Photoshop
• Produce short videos (stories, reels) for social media

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
• Proficiency in Photoshop and basic video editing/creation
• Excellent writing skills and an eye for detail
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas
• Bachelor degree or higher degree in a relevant field
• Previous work experience in marketing or social media
• Have to be based in Helsinki, Finland
