Cavitar Ltd is a Finnish manufacturer of laser devices, globally recognized for its high-performance welding cameras and laser light sources. We operate from Tampere, Finland, but our impact is global – 90% of our revenue comes from exports.
As our growth continues, we are now looking for a new Production Manager to join our production team.
Production Manager- Team Leader and Developer
The Production Manager will lead a team of about 10 people and be responsible for the smooth operation, development, and system management of production. This role requires a solution-oriented team player who supports others and communicates effectively across different personalities and nationalities. The position includes participation in the management team and working in an international environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo) and active usage
- Experience in developing and scaling production processes
- Understanding of production economics, preferably also semiconductor industry
- Ability to work in customer interface (maintenance and repair coordination)
- Good command of both Finnish and English
