Your tasks and responsibilities: Management and coordination of shipments across multiple transport modes, covering both operational and commercial tasks such as sourcing and quotations Negotiating with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing Acting as the point of contact for clients, customers, partners and any other project relevant stakeholders internally and externally End-to-End coordination of international cargo movements, including oversized and heavy-lift transports Monitoring and reporting on project profitability Supporting sales teams with the preparation of offers and contracts. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Up to 4 years’ experience in international freight forwarding; knowledge of breakbulk, OOG, and heavy-lift cargo is an advantage Relevant education for the role Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage but not required Key Skills: Strong appetite for continuous learning, with a sharp eye for detail and collaborative approach across global teams Ability to understand client requirements and the full scope of their projects Analytical mindset to process and evaluate data effectively Goal orientated approach and motivated to meet standards and KPIs efficiently What makes us the ideal choice?
