Robit seeks a Lempäälä-based Sales Manager EMEA to drive profitable growth across assigned territories by developing distributor accounts, winning new business, and applying strong technical expertise in rock drilling tools, with extensive regional travel.

Robit is a strongly international growth Yritys serving customers in underground and surface mining, construction, geotechnical and well drilling. We are now looking for a commercially driven and technically credible Sales Manager EMEA to strengthen our EMEA Sales Team.

This role is responsible for managing and expanding Robits customer base across assigned EMEA territories, for example Saksa, Ranska, Espanja, Italia, Portugali, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and other parts in the region.

This Tehtävä is located at the Robit HQ in Lempäälä, Suomi and requires extensive regional travel.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager EMEA drives profitable growth by combining strong distributor account management, new business development and technical expertise in Rock Drilling Tools and all drilling applications. While the role has no direct line management responsibility, it requires strong collaboration and influence across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue, margin, and market share growth across assigned EMEA territories by managing and developing existing key distributor accounts and increasing share of wallet through structured customer engagement.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new end-user customers, projects, tenders, and regional opportunities together with the distribution channel.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, costings, margins, and sales forecasts with strong commercial discipline.
  • Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to customers at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and the wider EMEA Sales Team.
  • Provide structured market intelligence to support strategic growth and product development.
  • Represent Robit professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Accountable for meeting agreed sales budgets, maintaining healthy receivables, and ensuring compliance with Robits policies, quality standards, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

What We Expect From You

You bring:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Product Support within mining, quarrying, or drilling.
  • Strong technical expertise in Rock Tools and drilling applications (essential).
  • Experience in managing customers across multiple countries or regions.
  • Commercial acumen with solid understanding of market pricing, margins, and contract terms.
  • A growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously across large geographies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Structured, disciplined sales execution and CRM/reporting capability.
  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional English; additional languages (Finnish, Spanish, French, German, Turkish, Russian) are an advantage.

This role requires significant international travel (80-100 days p.a.) across assigned EMEA territories based on business needs.
