? The Mission (should you choose to accept it)

✅ Own end-to-end hiring forCustomer Success, Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Operations & Leadershiproles

✅ Design and runresults-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboardingplaybooks at scale

✅ Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers (up to COO/C-Level) as atrusted advisor

✅ Level upprocess & tooling: ATS hygiene, dashboards, candidate experience, interview training, best practices

✅ Build proactivepipelines & talent communitiesand act as a strongemployer brand ambassador

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

✅6+ yearsrecruiting business/operations roles inhigh-growthenvironments

✅ Proven track record building hiring strategies and closingcritical GTM/opsroles across EMEA

✅ Stakeholder management: youinfluence, advise, and challengeat senior levels

✅ Deep sourcing chops: LinkedIn Recruiter, Cord, communities, creative outreach & mapping

✅ Process-oriented: ATS experience (ideally HiBobor similar), clean data, compliance & SLAs

✅Languages:FluentEnglishrequired; French and Spanish are a strong plus

✅ Familiarity withEMEAright-to-work and hiring practices
