SEO Specialist at Stockmann

We are now looking for a

SEO SPECIALIST

to join our newly established Digital Commerce unit, which is at the heart of delivering our omnichannel customer experience. In this role you will support Performance & SEO Manager in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through>

To be able to succeed in this role we see you need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in SEO (content + technical) in e-Commerce or omnichannel retail.

You have a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth and improving visibility, traffic, and conversion in a similar role backed by solid technical SEO expertise.

We also value:

• Commercial mindset and sharpness - ability to connect SEO impact with campaigns, product trends, and customer demand
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms, tools and digital analytics, (such as but not limited to): SFCC, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms, Google Analytics, PowerBI, PIM
• Excellent skills & hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO and content tools is considered a plus.
• Expertise in site performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization as ranking factors, working closely with dev/UX teams
• Understanding of AI-driven search and ability to optimize content for AI discoverability. Understanding of entity-based SEO and emerging formats (image, video, and voice search) is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with>Stockmann’s brand-new Digital Commerce unit, a team built to drive the growth of Stockmann omnichannel retail.
