As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the site activities related to the delivery of Data Center Building Automation Systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and supervising daily on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
  • Leading the on-site project delivery team to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with the agreed framework.
  • Preparing and coordinating site work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Organizing and managing on-site meetings and acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements on-site.
  • Responding to communications promptly and ensuring effective coordination and information flow.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience working with building automation systems and data centers or similar environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of manufacturers’ equipment, products and systems within the industry.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another Nordic language is considered a bonus.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong people management skills, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to leadership.
  • Good knowledge of networking and IT systems related to the field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused and outgoing personality.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in PXC programming and commissioning.
  • Experience working in the data center sector or in similar high-performance environments.
