We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Backend/Full-Stack) to join our forward-leaning innovation team within F-Secure's product organization. We're big believers in solving problems together, having designers, devs, and product folks all working in the same room, no red tape, no extra approval layers. We own our product and make decisions as a team every day to solve real customer problems, end to end. That's why our innovation team is working on-site at our Helsinki HQ typically 3-5 days a week, and hope that you would be ready for that too. About The TeamF-Secure's New Products and Innovations team is leveraging F-Secure's proven security technologies while pioneering new consumer experiences, tools, and product concepts.
The team is small by design: a cross-functional unit of engineers, designers, and product thinkers with autonomy to explore, prototype, and deliver at startup speed. What You’ll DoAs a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a small team owning everything from prototype to production. You'll design, build, and evolve the backend systems and APIs that power our product, from Node.js services and AWS infrastructure to integrations with AI models, third-party services, and optimizing performance and scalability. Your work will touch millions of consumers and directly shape the evolution of our product concept: a seamless "safety net" that helps people prevent, protect, and recover from scams with confidence.
