Role

The IT Specialist is a key player in digitalization activities by developing and maintaining software and systems in Radiometer Turku Operations. This Tehtävä reports to the Senior Manager, IT & Automation and is part of the Operations Engineering department located in Turku and will be an on-site role.

Responsibilities
  • Innovate and create new digital tools together with internal customers
  • Collaborate with local teams as well as with the global IT community
  • Maintain existing tools and develop their monitoring
  • Improve software development and testing processes
  • Expand your role based on your interests and competence
Essential requirements
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Sciences
  • 3+ years of experience as a developer/IT professional in an industrial setting, preferably from a regulated business
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, code versioning, software testing, and technical documentation
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish, and excellent written and spoken English
  • Fluent with Python, SQL and C#
Nice to have
  • AI/ML applications, Power BI
  • Laboratory Information Management System
  • Technical documentation
