The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Manage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress,qualityand safety
  • Assistin completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
  • Identifyissues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
  • Implement andmonitorkey project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
  • Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that thisprocedure isalways observed
  • Lead and attend key meetings tomonitorprogress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
  • Review proposed variations and delays in the works

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy)
    • Ideally in the Nordics, with full work rights in Suomi.
  • Strong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, local codes, and statutory requirements, including breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems.
  • Skilled in contractor/vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders), design management, and general project administration.
  • Certified in project management (e.g. PMP) or actively working toward certification — support provided.
  • Proven experience on international projects with awareness of cultural and DE&I considerations.
  • Familiar with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, open, and purpose-driven team environment.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
