Overview

In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, understand their needs, and provide ongoing service to existing customers to foster trust, loyalty and sales growth.
• Develop and execute business plans.
• Implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, and other stakeholders.
• Inform, advise and train hospital professionals during workshops and presentations based on your product knowledge.
• Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
• Support in tenders, prepare quotes for interested customers, and act as a reliable partner during order follow-up and after-sales.
• Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and work with colleagues from other divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience, including sales experience.
• Degree or equivalent, preferably in fields such as business, physiotherapy, nursing, healthcare or related areas.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills with proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Commercial and financial acumen; enthusiasm for medical technology and the ability to sell technical products with strong customer service.
• Relationship skills with the ability to build and maintain connections across a wide variety of people.
• Strong team player with adaptability, organizational and analytical skills; ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Suomi due to field-based customer interactions.
• Preferred: Experience in surgical or hospital environments or in MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals, healthcare or related fields.
• Orthopaedics/Foot & Ankle knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
