Role highlights:
As the SAR Spacecraft Harness Design Team Lead, you will play a key role in growing and leading ICEYE's spacecraft harness design capability. You will build and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for designing reliable, high-quality electrical harnesses for our Seuraava-generation satellites. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help establish engineering best practices, improve development processes, and ensure our harness solutions support the rapid scaling of satellite development and production.
