Where You BelongThe Global Payroll team is integral part of our HR organization, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, complying with local labor laws, tax regulations, while keeping employee satisfaction is on a high level. The team consists of 8 members, located in EMEA, with team members spread across multiple countries.
In your day-to-day role, you will work closely with the local HR team, HR Director, Local and Global Finance team, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
The RoleAs a Payroll Consultant you will coordinate and support local payroll operations in assigned EMEA countries that have in‑house payroll. You will also drive the enhancement of globally defined standards and processes related to payroll processing. Through the coordination and support of local Payroll experts you will define, set and monitor quality standards for payroll operations, ensuring they are met.
Role RequirementsYou will need to have previous experience of payroll or HR administration in a service‑orientated environment. This role requires the accurate handling of confidential information and so you must have a strong eye for detail. You must also be able to work with virtual international teams and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
