The practiceYou will join our Alankomaat and Nordics (NLN) Industry X team working in our Helsinki or Tampere office, collaborating closely with delivery teams, account leads, and ecosystem partners to shape and deliver high‑impact transformation programs for capital‑intensive industries.
Our work spans large‑scale modernization programs across smart factories, intelligent asset management, capital project advisory, construction digitalization, and the development and delivery of data center and critical infrastructure engineering solutions.
The workAs a Manufacturing Consulting Analyst, you will support client engagements focused on modernizing shop‑floor systems and manufacturing IT landscapes. You will work with experienced consultants and architects on projects involving MES/MOM, production data, manufacturing process harmonization, and smart factory transformations.
This role is well suited for graduates or early‑career professionals who are interested in manufacturing systems, factory operations, and digital transformation rather than pure IT development.
