Mechanical Lead - Anywhere up to €115'000 (Depending on Experience) + Rotations + Accommodation + Flights + Travel

A leading European data centre delivery specialist provides turnkey solutions for clients across the continent, with expertise spanning the full project lifecycle—from design and construction through to commissioning. Services include civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical delivery for large-scale mission-critical facilities.

The organisation has established itself as a trusted partner within the data centre sector, delivering multiple hyperscale projects across several European countries, representing hundreds of megawatts of IT capacity currently under construction.

The Yritys is currently seeking an experience Mechanical Lead to join its project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery and management of the Mechanical Systems packa
  • Lead site safety activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and Health & Safety team, including the establishment, maintenance, and close-out of project safety documentati
  • Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) culture across the project te
  • Manage site quality assurance processes alongside the QA Manager, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained and complet
  • Coordinate project schedules with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delive
  • Monitor and control all costs associated with the mechanical packa
Requirements
  • Trade qualification and/or relevant third-level engineering qualificat
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or a similar leadership r
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering large-scale mechanical installation proje
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and workforce managem
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management ski
