We are now looking for SENIOR MANAGER, PEOPLE & BUSINESS to act both strategically and hands-on as a people partner to Finnair Digital and possible other Finnair group functions. In this role you will proactively support the unit leadership team and senior leaders in identifying organizational development opportunities and implementing the business strategy from a people perspective.
You will be accountable for leading the people agenda and annual people processes within your business area, with the support of HR process owners. You will lead the development and implementation of the unit\'s People Plan in alignment with Finnair\'s overall people agenda. Also, you will be responsible for the unit\'s monthly people metrics and forecasting. In addition, you will play a transformational role in accelerating Finnair\'s data literacy and AI capabilities across the Yritys. Together with the Digital unit and business areas, you will identify and develop solutions to strengthen skills and readiness in this domain.
