Introduction We are looking for two summer trainees, one in inbound and one in outbound, to join our Distribution Center Operations team. As a Summer Trainee – Warehouse Process Specialist (Inbound), you will: Take responsibility for warehousing and inbound process together with two specialists and work on projects within own responsibility area Investigate root causes for process deviations and take care of corrective actions in close cooperation with operative purchasing Continuous improvement - including processes in warehouse operations and in SAP - to support profitable growth and improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Maintain and develop the quality of supplier packaging in cooperation with purchasing and sourcing, make sure suppliers are aware of current warehouse requirements, and implement changes when needed. Handling packing material invoices and other warehouse-related invoices. Create inbound forecasts for warehouses and other inbound-related KPI reports As a Summer Trainee – Warehouse Process Specialist (Outbound), you will: Take responsibility for warehousing and outbound processes together with two specialists. Investigate root causes for customer complaints, take care of corrective actions, create claims to warehouse partners, and communicate process deviations to the warehouse. Continuous improvement (including processes in warehouse operations and in SAP) to support profitable growth and improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Maintain and develop the quality of packaging, make sure warehouses in Suomi and the Alankomaat are aware of current carrier requirements and implement changes when needed. Handling packing material invoices and other warehouse-related invoices. Create outbound forecasts for warehouses and other outbound-related KPI reports. Who You Are A higher degree study background in for example in Business or Engineering. Positive attitude and great work ethic. Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role. An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks. Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel. Full working proficiency in English.
