Introduction We are looking for a summer trainee to join our Distribution Center Operations (Europe & Central Asia) team. As a Summer Trainee – Quality Engineer, you will: Handle warranties including root cause analysis and coordinate corrective & preventive actions. Perform quality inspections: visual inspection, manual measurement tools and 3D scanning. Coordinating quality inspections by the 3PL warehouse. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders Claim quality issues from suppliers Improve product quality and product quality assurance process Work mainly at the office but have the readiness to travel domestically Who You Are A higher degree study background for example in Mechanical Engineering Initiative, independent, and systematic work style Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks Good skills in MS Office tools, also SAP ERP preferred Full working proficiency in English and Finnish An understanding of Global Logistics Network and Global Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage Willingness to travel domestically What's In It For You An exciting Tehtävä in the Distribution Center Operations of Metso Services business area. The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between euros per month.
