We are currently seeking a procurement specialist to join our growing team to support our accounting department and handle construction procurement for the special construction unit. Our Yritys’s office is located in Vantaa, and most of the construction sites are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our projects are generally demanding or exceptionally demanding new build and/or renovation construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Active site visits to ensure smooth procurement processes and adherence to schedules.
  • Creating reasonable procurement packages according to the Talo80 system for various project sizes, from hundred‑thousand‑euro projects to several tens of millions of euros.
  • Identifying subcontractors suitable for different project sizes and work methods.
  • Expanding your network and handling even the most complex procurement packages confidently.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously and planning work hours independently to meet deadlines.
  • Requesting preliminary offers for projects, conducting offer comparisons, preparing procurement plans for construction sites, and executing site‑specific procurement in collaboration with other site personnel.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience in a construction Yritys.
  • Experience with the Talo80 system for creating procurement packages.
  • Knowledge of subcontractors suitable for various project sizes and methods.
  • Active site visits and ensuring procurement process adherence.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and plan work independently.
  • B‑driving license, personal car, and fluent spoken and written Finnish.
