The Opportunity

TGRC is supporting a major renewable energy developer with anticipated contract requirements across a large onshore wind construction portfolio in Suomi.

We are looking to speak with experienced TSA Supervisors / Turbine Delivery Supervisors with strong onshore wind construction experience, particularly across turbine delivery, installation, erection, commissioning and interface management between TSA and BoP contractors.

This is a site-based role suited to someone who can represent the client professionally, maintain strong control of turbine installation activities and support safe, timely and high-quality delivery through the turbine construction phase.

The Role

The TSA Supervisor will oversee turbine delivery and installation activities on site, working closely with the Site Manager, Construction Project Manager, turbine supplier, BoP contractors and wider project team.

The role will involve supervising day-to-day turbine works, monitoring contractor performance, supporting inspections, managing interfaces and ensuring that turbine delivery, erection, installation and commissioning activities are completed in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise turbine delivery, erection, installation and commissioning activities.
Act as a key site representative for the client during the turbine construction phase.
Manage and monitor interfaces between TSA, civil BoP and electrical BoP contractors.
Monitor contractor QA/QC activity and support high-quality turbine installation delivery.
Track progress, programme performance, delivery of materials and key construction milestones.
Attend and support toolbox meetings, site meetings, inspections and walkdowns.
Monitor contractor HSE performance and participate in site safety inspections.
Document issues that may affect schedule, downtime, disruption or potential claims.
Support risk identification, mitigation planning and regular follow-up during the turbine installation phase.
Assist with collection and review of turbine documentation.
Prepare or support monthly progress reports and project documentation.
Contribute to a smooth handover process into technical and commercial management.

Requirements

Degree-qualified in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a related discipline preferred.
Strong experience in onshore wind turbine delivery, erection, installation or commissioning supervision.
Good understanding of TSA contracts, BoP interfaces and turbine construction sequencing.
Strong knowledge of HSE requirements and construction site practices.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and project documentation.
Strong planning, reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Commercially aware, organised and confident managing multiple stakeholders on site.
Experience using MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
GWO certification preferred.
Finnish and English language capability preferred.
