?What are we looking for in you?
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A #VFX #Animator #CrowdFix
?Requirements:
? 8+ years of animation experience (feature films, VFX, TV, or games).
? Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, timing, and appeal.
? Proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D animation software.
? Strong communication skills, teamwork, and openness to feedback.
? Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new workflows and tools.
? Availability foron-site work, Monday to Friday, during office hours.
?Nice to have:
? Experience with crowd or background character animation.
? Knowledge of technical and aesthetic animation fixes (intersections, cloth, pops, eyelines).
? Experience in 3D feature films or other complex projects.
? Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
?Responsibilities:
? Bring characters and stories to life through compelling, believable animation.
? Create animation cycles for crowd simulations and background characters.
? Perform technical and aesthetic fixes to maintain visual quality.
? Participate in animation reviews, propose solutions, and help raise overall standards.
? Work within the animation pipeline, preparing shots for submission and final delivery.
? Meet production deadlines while collaborating closely with the team.
