Join our team as a Financial AnalystWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional to strengthen our Finance & Control team. In this role, you will play a key part in group reporting, consolidation, and regulatory support while helping us optimize financial systems and processes.

What you'll do?Reporting, Analysis & Consolidation

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly results, including variance and trend analysis.
• Assist with group financial reporting packages, statements, and notes.
• Validate financial data from subsidiaries and business units.
• Execute group consolidations and interYritys eliminations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate reporting calendars and closing processes.

Financial Systems & Data Governance

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial systems and analytics tools (AX, FPM, Power BI).
• Ensure quality and accuracy of financial master data.
• Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance operational finance processes.

Compliance, Controls & Regulatory Support

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Support implementation of new IFRS requirements and policy updates.
• Participate in transfer pricing processes, including analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and Finance & Control teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Assist with internal and external audits and risk management activities.

What we're looking for?

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Familiarity with IFRS and financial systems (AX, FPM, Power BI).
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage deadlines.
