Overview

Do you thrive on taking complex software projects from kickoff to go-live? Are you the person who keeps delivery on track, on time, and on scope, and whom customers trust to get it done? We are looking for a Project Manager to join us. In this role, you lead the delivery of Valamis, our digital learning platform, to companies and other organizations, and you take ownership of each project's successful delivery. You own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinate cross-functional teams of specialists, and act as the main point of contact for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a global environment where your work directly supports our customers\' and the Yritys\'s success. At Valamis we have a great variety of customers, from Procter & Gamble to Adelaide Airport and the Jägermeister.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Valamis to customers, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of specialists and act as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Keep projects on track, on time, and within agreed scope; manage risks and issues to drive successful go-lives.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering complex systems like ERP or other enterprise software, with a track record of delivering them successfully.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to running projects, blending agile and traditional methods to fit each project.
  • Comfort with owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality across several projects at once.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
Soft skills
  • Confident and decisive; drive projects forward.
  • Clear communication with customers, team, and stakeholders.
  • Well organized, able to manage many moving parts; calm and clear-headed under pressure.
  • Attention to detail; reliable team player.
Nice to have
  • Experience delivering SaaS projects in a customer-facing role.
  • Good technical understanding of how enterprise systems are built and integrated.
  • Finnish language skills are a bonus, but not mandatory.
